It rates the quality and completeness of evidence visible in the image. It is not an 85% chance of profit, a win rate, or a prediction.
Does ChartMentor AI use live market prices?
No. The analyzer reviews the image and context you provide. It does not fetch live prices or verify whether a chart remains current.
Is a BUY or SELL result a recommendation?
No. Those labels describe possible educational scenarios. They are not instructions to open, close, or change a position. WAIT can mean the image does not support a clear interpretation.
What happens to an uploaded image?
The image is sent to the AI provider used by the app to generate a response and is processed in memory by the app. The current product has no account system or saved analysis history. Do not upload passwords, account numbers, names, or other private details.
Can the AI misread my chart?
Yes. It may misread labels, scales, lines, candles, or the timeframe, and a screenshot may not contain enough information. Check the explanation against the image and consider outside context.
Does the tool execute trades or connect to an exchange?
No. It does not place orders or connect to a brokerage or exchange account.
What file types can I upload?
The analyzer accepts PNG, JPG, and WEBP images up to 8 MB.
